Large workshop set for thread repair M6, M8, M10 / thread repair
Pitch: basic pitch, ie M6x1,0; M8x1.25 and M10x1.5

Set contains:

25 25 25 - threaded inserts 1,5D
Compatible with V-COIL and HELI-COIL

The inserts are always a multiple of the diameter of the thread being repaired, ie. if you are repairing an M6 thread and there are 1.5D inserts in the set, then the length of the insert is 1.5 times 6mm, ie 9mm.

If you need a shorter or longer insert, we can offer it separately in lengths of 1.0D / 1.5D / 2.0D / 2.5D / 3.0D . If the length is still not suitable, you can adjust the length - cut, grind, pinch - if possible, just be careful - the inserts are stainless steel, it does not go completely easily.

How to fix a thread:
1. You are drilling a damaged thread with a drill bit( if)
2 is included in the kit. To solve the thread by attaching(special) to the tap (the use of other - set or machine taps does not work)
3. With the help of the enclosed loader, insert the insert to the required depth(Caution, the inserts cannot be pulled back!)
4. Ejector( if) is included in the kit or you can use pliers to break out the lead on the insert
