Workshop kit for thread repair M5-M12 WorkShop KIT, V-Coil

V-Coil M5-M12 thread repair workshop kit - only normal pitch / thread repair Kit includes: Threads: M5x0.8 , M6x1.0 , M8x1.25 , M10x1.5 , M12x1.75 Drills: 5.2mm , 6.3mm , 8.3mm , 10.4mm , 12.4mm Loaders, breakers and threaded inserts in length 1.0D / 1.5D and 2.0D (10pcs from each length) The lengths of the inserts are always a multiple of the diameter of the thread being repaired, i.e. if you are repairing an M6 thread and there are 1.5D inserts in the set, then the length of the insert is 1.5 times 6mm, i.e. 9mm. If you need a shorter or longer insert, we can offer separately in lengths 1.0D / 1.5D / 2.0D / 2.5D / 3.0D. If the length doesn't suit you, you can adjust the length - cut, grind, pinch - as possible, just be careful - the inserts are stainless steel, it won't be easy. Method of thread repair: 1. You drill out the damaged thread with the attached drill ( if it is included in the set) 2. You cut the thread with the attached (special) tapper (using other - set or machine tappers does not work) 3. With the help of the enclosed inserter, you introduce the insert to the desired depth (note, the inserts cannot be turned back!) 4. Use a punch ( if it is included in the set) or use pliers to break out the insertion part on the insert
