The thorns are mainly used when machining smaller rotary objects. The third, which already has a machined hole
the object of machining is slid to the smaller side of the mandrel and moved until it is caught on the conical surface of the mandrel
To achieve greater accuracy, it is recommended to clamp the mandrel between the points.
The rotation is then provided by a heart carrier, which is attached to the side of the mandrel with a flat surface.
