The holder is made of hardened hardened steel.
It is possible to buy an eccentric sleeve for the holder, with which it is very easy to fine-tune the offset (in the Y axis) of the knife edge, which is ideal if the machine does not have a Y axis for precise adjustment. You can easily eliminate any inaccuracy / error thanks to the possibility of rotating the case (on the scale) by 0.5 mm on both sides.
These holders can also be supplied in a design for grooving, square and spline (multi-groove) profiles - see the enclosed catalog sheet.
The holder is supplied without a plate, these are purchased separately - you can find them in related products or in the enclosed catalog sheet. We can offer plates made of sintered steel HSSE-PM, carbide on request.
