The holder is made of hardened hardened steel.
It is possible to purchase an eccentric sleeve for the holder, with which it is very easy to fine tune the misalignment (in the Y axis) of the knife edge, which is ideal when the machine does not have a Y axis for precise adjustment. Any inaccuracy / error can be easily removed thanks to the possibility of rotating the case (on the scale) by 0.5 mm on both sides.
We can also supply these holders in a version for the depiction of square, hexagonal and spline (multi-groove) profiles - see the attached catalog sheet.
The holder is supplied without a plate, these are purchased separately - you can find them in the related products or in the attached catalog sheet. We can offer HSSE-PM sintered steel or carbide inserts.
