Sine magnetic clamp for angle grinding and EDM, Fixar

The simple single-axis permanent magnetic sine table with Neomicro permanent magnet is suitable for high precision angle grinding, EDM and measuring. You can choose a model with angle adjustment in the longitudinal axis or with angle adjustment in the transverse axis. Angle adjustment is performed using end gauges based on the principle of the sine function. Extreme accuracy even after a long period of use.

This magnet is fitted with a Neomicro magnetic holder and is ideal for precision grinding of small, thin and large parts as well as EDM. Thanks to the waterproof design, it is possible to use a cooling liquid or immerse it in a dielectric liquid. The upper pole plate is composed of brass and steel lamellae, high stability, accuracy and clamping efficiency are guaranteed by maximum concentration of magnetic force into the surface of the workpiece.
