Tolerance: ISO2 / 6H
Material: HSSE-PM ( sintered cobalt steel)
Coating: TiAlSiN
Number of lead teeth: C (2-3 teeth)
Usage - blind hole:
1.4: Alloy steels, cold drawn tool steel up to 1000N/mm2
1.5: Hardened and hardened steels up to 38 HRC up to 1200N/mm2
2.1 : Ferritic and martensitic stainless steel up to 1000N/mm2
2.3 : Heat-resistant corrosion-resistant steel up to 1100N/mm2
3.3 : Nodular and tempered cast iron up to 700N/mm2
3.4 : Nodular and malleable cast iron up to 1000N/mm2
1.3 : Structural and carbon steel, low alloy steel, steel castings up to 1100N/mm2
6.4 : Bronze and aluminum up to 1200N/mm2
7.4 : Aluminum alloys with silicon content Si > 10%, up to 400N/mm2
8.2 : Thermosets and hardened plastics
