Regularly add suitable pneumatic oil to the lubricator container. Use suitable cutting oil when threading. After one hour of operation, allow the head to cool for 10-15 minutes. Clean and inspect the head at 3-month intervals. Before each thread cutting, check that the machined surface is parallel to the tapping arm (correct threading in the axis). Method of clamping the tap: The taps are secured in the extension by a square and a clamping shank. The tap is firmly held in the extension, it is pulled out after pressing the clamping collar in the front of the extension. Features : The tap is clamped in a suitable collet TC312, which has a torque coupling already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed. This insert fits into a thread cutter - see related products.
