The tap is firmly held in the extension, it is pulled out after pressing the clamping collar in the front of the extension. Features : The tap is clamped in a suitable collet TC820, which has a torque coupling already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed. This insert fits into a thread cutter - see related products. Cannot be used alone.

Regularly add suitable pneumatic oil to the lubricator container. Use suitable cutting oil when threading. After one hour of operation, allow the head to cool for 10-15 minutes. Clean and inspect the head at 3-month intervals. Before each thread cutting, check that the machined surface is parallel to the tapping arm (correct threading in the axis).
