Branded CNC machine vise with improved hydraulic transmission

There is a tightening scale (3 degrees) on the shaft near the booster.
Hydraulic transmission can be switched off and tightened manually without it. Just disconnect the nut - see the attached photo.
Compared to the VNC series of vices, the VMC type has higher rigidity, the bed is covered from above and from the handle - it prevents chips from getting inside.
Vise height guarantee.
The mechanism pulls the jaw down when tightening.
The screw is encapsulated -> protection against dust, chips and dirt.
The body is made of high-quality and highly resistant ductile cast iron FCD60
Bearing surface for workpiece hardened > 45 HRC.
Parallelism of the seating surface and the bottom of the vice: 0.01 mm / 100 mm
Rectangularity of the seating surface with jaws: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
Parallelism of the bearing surface with the workpiece: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
Use hydraulic oil #68 (PARAMO HM 68 or other hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 68)
Clamps (4 pcs), guide stones (2 pcs), handle are also part of the delivery.
