The powertrain shaft is a tightening scale (3 degrees).
Hydraulic gear can be switched off and tightened manually without it. Just untie the nut - see attached photo.
In contrast to the VNC VNC series, VMC has a higher stiffness, covered top and crank - prevents splinters from getting inside.
Guarantee of the height of the vice.
The mechanism stretches when tightening the jaw down.
Screw is encapsulated -> dust, splinters and dirt protection.
Body made of high-quality and highly resistant cast iron FCD60
Machining surface for workpiece hardened> 45 HRC.
Parallelism of the bearing surface and the bottom of the vice: 0,01 mm / 100mm
Rectangular contact area with jaw: 0,02 mm / 100mm
Parallel with workpiece parallelepiped: 0,02 mm / 100mm < br>
