The screw is encapsulated -> protection of the screw against the ingress of dust, chips and dirt.
Guarantee height of vices within 0.02mm tolerance
The mechanism pulls the jaw down when tightening.
The body is made of high-quality and highly resistant ductile cast iron FCD60
Bearing surface for workpiece hardened > 45 HRC.
Parallelism of the seating surface and the bottom of the vice: 0.01 mm / 100 mm
Rectangularity of the seating surface with jaws: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
Parallelism of the bearing surface with the workpiece: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
Clamps (4 pcs), guide stones (2 pcs), handle and transport eyes (2 pcs) are also part of the delivery.
It is possible to purchase soft and hard jaws for the vise - see attached catalog.
Use hydraulic oil #68 (PARAMO HM 68 or other hydraulic oil with a viscosity of 68)
