The vice has 3 adjustable tightening steps(16kN, 28kN, 40kN)
The screw is encapsulated -> protection of the screw against ingress of dust, Chips and dirt.
Clamp height guarantee with a tolerance of 0.02 mm
The mechanism pulls down when tightening the jaw.
Body made of high-quality and highly resistant ductile iron FCD60
Bearing surface hardened> 45 HRC.
Parallelism of the bearing surface and the bottom of the vice: 0.01 mm / 100 mm
Perpendicularity of the bearing surface with the jaws: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
with workpiece: 0.02 mm / 100 mm
The delivery also includes clamps(4 pcs), guide stones(2 pcs), handle and transport eyes(2 pcs).
