Material: HSSE-PM (High-speed steel +5% Cobalt, production by sintering)
Coating : HL - Balinit HardLube with carbide component (TiAlN + WC / C) with hardness 2600 HV
Grounded thread profile
Standard: DIN 371 / DIN376
Thread start: B, 4 courses - see attached photo
Usage:
Universal - for steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and heat-resistant steels, can be used in emergencies and for piece cutting of threads in hardened steel.
Suitable for machining centers, possibly also for older types of numerical and conventional machines with lower performance.
