Blade insertion procedure and adjustment needling / chamfering heights
1) Loosen both worms on the body of the needler and remove the aluminum and black nuts. Be careful that you do not lose the spring, it is free.
2) Put the body in the body, secure it with two worms and reassemble the whole needle. Tighten the worms on the body and loosen them by about a quarter to a half turn to maintain the function of the spring.
3) Adjust the height of the chamfer by tightening the aluminum nut - tightening = less chamfering, loosening = more chamfering.
4) Make sure that the runner is not drowned in the body of the needle, if so, rearrange the aluminum nut and adjust it so that it runs out.
5) Always have a black versus mother attached to an aluminum mother.
