Lubex CUT 32 cutting oil, 10 liters

Cutting oil with a wide range of use, especially for machining on automatic lathes. Its formulation is designed more for tools made of high-speed steel, machining easily machinable light alloy steels and non-ferrous metals, including copper. It also handles more complex machining operations in these materials. When machining copper, the machined surface does not darken.

Lubex CUT are petroleum oils that contain additives to improve the cutting and lubricating effect, reduce the formation of oil mist and protect machines, tools and workpieces from corrosion.

Usage:
Lubex CUT 22, 32, 32 A, 46 are intended for chip machining operations with precisely definable tool edge geometry (turning, milling, drilling, dividing material, threading and reaming, they also handle internal stretching operations, but only in material with good machinability). The properties of Lubex CUT 22 cutting oil can also be used in operations performed with tools where the geometry of the edge is not precisely defined(grinding threads and teeth). Lubex CUT 46 is an oil formulated for more demanding machining operations(gear milling, broaching and deep drilling).
