Lamella blocks make it possible to create an optimal clamping surface for workpieces that, due to their shape, cannot be clamped on the classic surface of a magnetic clamping plate. It is also used to direct the magnetic field into the workpiece, especially in cases where the existing magnetic field of the clamp is not suitable for the clamped workpiece. Another advantage is the possibility of additional processing (machining) of this block for differently shaped workpieces. Compared to cheap lamellar blocks from other manufacturers (e.g. Vertex), these blocks are not glued, but soldered - in significantly higher quality. Blocks can be cut in half and modified according to current needs.

This accessory can sit on the fixture freely or is secured mechanically. Thus, the standard clamp can be adapted to clamp an irregularly shaped part without the need to machine the surface of the clamp. These auxiliary tools can be modified to suit each workpiece without limiting the functionality of the machine and fixture. Lamellar blocks and additional pole plates are not magnetic in themselves, but only conduct the magnetic flux. They are composed of fine steel lamellas, divided by brass lamellas, everything is soldered with silver. We supply lamella blocks for both circular and rectangular clamps. They can be installed freely or mechanically using screws or pins. They expand the possibilities of using the clamp by clamping uneven or non-uniform material.
