Slat blocks and additional pole plates are used as accessories for rectangular or circular clamps, which greatly increase their usability. This accessory can sit on the fixture freely or is secured mechanically. Thus, the standard clamp can be adapted to clamp an irregularly shaped part without the need to machine the surface of the clamp. These auxiliary tools can be modified to suit each workpiece without limiting the functionality of the machine and fixture. Lamellar blocks and additional pole plates are not magnetic in themselves, but only conduct the magnetic flux. They are composed of fine steel lamellas, divided by brass lamellas, everything is soldered with silver.
We supply lamella blocks for both circular and rectangular clamps. They can be installed freely or mechanically using screws or pins. They expand the possibilities of using the clamp by clamping uneven or non-uniform material.
Advantages:
- The possibility of machining to the desired shape to adapt to different components
- The possibility of transverse and longitudinal polarization
- They can be used to soften the magnetic field clamps for clamping even otherwise too small or thin workpieces
- They can also be used as a lateral support in the case of grinding workpieces with a small overall contact surface with the clamp ( e.g. hollow thin-walled profiles)
The pole plate comes from from excess stock, is unused.
