IC928 Series :
Tough sub-micron substrate with TiAlN PVD coating. Developed for machining heat-resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steels and very hard steels. Ideal for roughing operations and intermittent cutting.
Usage:
Steel: P20-P40
Stainless steel: M25-M35
Cast iron: K15-K40
Superalloys: S15-S30
