Product information
Fixed turning mandrel with driving surfaces / conical clamping
mandrel
Nominal diameter d: according to the selected variant
Other dimensions and dimensions - see product description for individual variants
Kuželovist: 1: 2000
Standard: made according to DIN, resp. replacement for ČSN 243350, see drawing
Turning mandrels are made of high quality steel, hardened and ground
The thorns are conical
The size of the mandrel is marked on the larger diameter side
Mandrels are mainly used for machining smaller rotating objects that already have a machined hole
The object to be machined slides on the smaller side of the mandrel and moves until it is caught on the conical surface of the mandrel
To achieve greater accuracy, it is recommended to clamp the mandrel between the points.
The rotation is then ensured by a heart carrier, which is attached to the side of the mandrel with a flat.
