Material: HSSE-PM - sintered powder high-speed cobalt steel
Coating: without coating
- we are able to offer TiN / TiAlN / INOX PLUS , ZIRINOS , possibly other coatings

Uncoated version of the extension: steel, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 900MPa
Coated version of the extension: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 1400MPa
We recommend punches made of sintered steel HSSE-PM for serial production and when forming steels with a higher strength than stainless steel.
The attachments with the head work on the principle of turning/extruding - see the attached video.
Remember that the hole must always be properly pre-drilled and countersunk - lead-in for the punch!

Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and attachments) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.
