Description : Universal water-dilutable cutting and cooling fluid, contains mineral oil with a low content of aromatic hydrocarbons, with anionic and nonionic emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors, inhibitors for yellow metals and stabilizing agents.

Usage:
Universal machining fluid for all types of chip machining intended for use in a working concentration of 4-15%. Suitable for machining cast iron, aluminum and yellow metals. When mixed with water with a hardness of up to 60°dH, E13 creates a stable emulsion with excellent viscosity and excellent cooling detergent capacity.

Recommended dilution :
Light machining and grinding : 4-7%
Medium difficult machining : 7-10%
Difficult machining : 10-15%

Slow pouring of the concentrate into the water with continuous mixing. Can be used in automatic mixers based on venturi tube.
Storage : stable when stored at 10-25°C for 12 months, avoid freezing if possible.
