Product information
MWF is a concentrated solution containing an oil-soluble molybdenum
component together with additives that prevent the "welding" of
materials under extremely high pressures.
MWF creates a protective coating of MsS molysulfide, which has high sliding properties and is at the same time resistant to extreme pressures, reduces heat generation and improves working conditions and service life of the cutting tool.
Usage:
Liquid is suitable for the processing of mainly stainless steels, tough steel, traction and flexible materials.
Suitable for milling, thread cutting, stretching, toothed wheels.
Where mineral oil is used it is also possible to use MWF at 5% to 25%.
Application:
Apply directly to the tool or workpiece where there is machining or forming.
Specific gravity: 1.004 kg / liter
Color: olive green liquid
