These core drills are made of special high-alloy steel HSS-XE, which ensures extreme hardness to the top teeth(up to 68 HRC), high wear resistance and long durability.Thanks to surface treatment, it lasts longer.
Few manufacturers are able to produce HSS several-degree hardened core drill bits, standard for Karnasch®, this is the only way to obtain extremely hard tooth tips(68 HRC) and flexible and durable brushes.
For HSS-XE / ASP core drills , five different drill diameters and depths are applied for different diameters and drilling depths.The geometry of the drill so that the result of the work is always perfect.
