Carbide core drill / puncher / drill bit is made of one piece -
including shank.
Diameter: according to the selected variant (average tolerance 1mm)
Drilling depth: 25mm
It has powered carbide teeth, which allow easier drilling with less pressure force.
Precise guidance is ensured by a removable guide drill with a diameter of 6 mm.
The spring on the drill bit is used for easy removal of the drilled material.
The guide drill is secured with an Allen key.
The drill has a ground surface.
The teeth are 3 mm wide, which ensures more economical drilling.
The clamping shank is adapted for clamping in a three-jaw chuck.
Application: Column drill , or hand drill with drills up to a diameter of about 40-50 mm - but it is necessary to keep the drilling axis and always keep all the cutting edges in engagement. If you do not keep all the blades in engagement or you are not able to keep the drill in the drilling axis (jerks, shocks, etc.), the carbide blade may be chipped - ie irreversible damage to the tool.
