Product information

Carbide core drill / reamer / drill core is made from one piece - including shank.

Diameter: 18 mm (tolerance 1mm!)

Drilling depth: 25mm

Clamping shank: cylindrical shank with hexagon, diameter 10mm

Has powered carbide teeth that allow easier drilling with less downforce.
Exact guidance is ensured by a removable guide drill with a diameter of 6 mm.
The spring on the drill serves to easily remove the drilled material.
The guide drill is secured with an Allen "worm". .

Cutting conditions:
Steel: 630-800 rpm
Stainless steel: 360-450 rpm

Use: Pillar drill, or manual with drills up to a diameter of approx. 40-50mm - but you need to hold the drilling axis and always keep all the blades engaged. If you do not keep all the blades engaged or you are not able to keep the drill in the drilling axis ( jerk , shocks, etc.) , the carbide cutting edge may chip - i.e. irreversible damage to the tool.
