polygonal profiles: squares, hexagons, TORX, TORX and other
profiles for lathe, milling machine, drill and machining
center
Scope of use:
6-edge: 10-40mm
4-edge: 10-25mm
TORX: T10-T70
TORX PLUS: IP10-IP70
For broaches type: G25(with 25mm shank)
Head diameter: 98mm
Head length(without driver): 105mm
Clamping shank: MK4 (morse 4)

Usage (see the attached video):
Production of square, hexagonal and other profile holes on a lathe, milling machine, drill or machining center
For machining materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with a max. strength of up to 1400MPa
The head works on the principle of turning/broaching - see the attached video.
For the head, it is necessary to purchase additional broaching adapters (broaches) - see related products or the attached catalog sheet. If you cannot find a suitable broach, we can supply custom-made broaches - according to your requirements.
Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and broaching adapters) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.
