Production of square, hexagonal and other profile holes on a lathe, milling machine, drill or machining center
For machining materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 1400MPa
The head works on the principle of broaching/extrusion - see the attached video.
For the head, it is necessary to purchase broaching extensions (broaches) - see related products or the attached catalog sheet. If you cannot find a suitable broach, we can supply custom-made broaches - according to your requirements.
Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and broaching adapters) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.

Long hexagonal slotting adapter HSS/HSSE-PM
Long imaging attachment - hexagonal punch Size of attachment / for imaging heads: according to the selected variant Hexagon size: according to the selected variant Dimension tolerance and imaging depth - see attached PDF catalog sheet. These long imaging extensions can only be clamped and imaged correctly in an adjustable imaging head type G12A. With the ordinary G12 head, it is not possible to adjust the imaging depth, and the attachment or the imaging head may be damaged.
